Christian Miller

Christian Miller is a rising young conductor from a varied background. Born and raised in a small Kentucky town there was passion for music early on. Christian’s musical journey starts on the fiddle playing at international bluegrass festivals and competing in jazz competitions on Tenor Saxophone. It wasn’t until he was twelve that he realized that his passion was in classical music, and he made a commitment to study piano. Coming from a small place with limited classical music visibility there was a shame that came with playing classical piano, so when it was time to decide what to study, Christian went into business. Graduating in the top group of his class, Christian has created a lucrative career in helping businesses reach their billion-dollar goals.

In 2020, Christian like many others felt unaccomplished, unfulfilled, and with a desire for change. It was in this time of self-reflection he was able to study piano with a world-renowned pedagogue who introduced him to the teachings of Alfred Corot, Vladimir Horowitz, and Oscar Peterson, through these lessons there was a desire for more and she introduced Christian to Maestro Marcello Cormio who believed in his passion, talent, and commitment to artistic integrity. Through mentorship and general advice, Christian set out on his journey to build a career in conducting, through creating his own opportunities using conservatory students, and participating in international workshops and masterclasses. It was these moments that Christian discovered what fulfilled him most, helping people hear the greatest music ever written for the first time. He continues to fuel this passion with creative concert concepts performed in unexpected places.
