Showcase Series

The modern-day soirée.
Allow yourself to be swept away into the world of classical music.

Centuries ago, chamber music was performed in salons, palace courts, and lavish estates, and would last through the night accompanied by dancing, conversation, and an abundance of food and drink. Guests gathered to enjoy these wholesome social and cultural experiences and came away feeling fulfilled and inspired.

Today, we aim to capture the unique atmosphere of these traditions with a modern twist. Our sixty-minute, intermission-less performances make it easier to enjoy live classical music even on your busiest day. No previous knowledge of classical music is necessary either, as each performance includes insightful information from the musicians throughout, allowing you to follow along closely as the music unfolds. After the conclusion of each performance, guests are invited to stay for a reception with the artists, giving listeners a rare opportunity to learn more about music or simply enjoy conversation among a community of music-lovers.

Making classical music accessible.
Musician-developed projects that introduce new listeners to classical music.

Musicians give back to their community by developing creative ideas for free, 30- to 40-minute performances that help introduce new listeners to classical music. These fun and inviting performances serve as an entry point into classical music, and are usually combined with other creative elements.

School Outreach

Investing in the future of classical music.
Passionate musicians giving back to the community.

Students who may not have the ability or means to attend a traditional classical performance have the opportunity to enjoy music right in their own school. Our outreach performances focus on bringing exceptional talent and music to schools (grades K-12) to inspire the next generation of musicians and classical music lovers. Consistency is key, and the Soli Music Society makes every effort to maintain relationships with schools to build relationships with students and encourage musical growth.

Masterclasses

Helping young musicians succeed.

Masterclasses provide young musicians with access to one-time instruction, guidance, and mentorship from a professional musician in a public setting. Performing in a masterclass is a great way for students to gain performance experience while receiving instant feedback, and can be a great way for parents and students to get answers to any questions related to music.

Collaborations

Building a stronger community.
Supporting causes and expanding the reach of classical music.

Joining forces with other individuals and organizations presents an opportunity to further support the community through creative collaborations. We work together with people who understand the value of our work and support our mission to strengthen, inspire, and enrich the community through music.
